Tree Planting Day

Every class planted a tree on campus as part of our environment week, and the older learners explained to the younger ones why the trees mattered. The school now has a small grove that each class checks on and waters through the term.

Environment week gives our learners a hands-on lesson in responsibility that no textbook can replace. Watching a tree they planted grow term after term teaches patience and care in a way that stays with a young one long after the science lesson that inspired it.
