School Trip

Upper primary learners spent the day outside the classroom on this term’s school trip, tying it back to what they had been studying in social studies and science. It was a full day out, with packed lunches and a great many questions for the guides.

Term trips give context to what has been taught in social studies and science over the weeks before, and they are consistently among learners’ favourite days of the year. Packed lunches, a long bus ride and a guide fielding an endless stream of questions are all part of the experience.
