Primary at Faulu
A full academic programme under Competency-Based Education, taught through projects, discussion and hands-on work by teachers who know every learner personally.
Skills that carry beyond the exam
Our Primary school, guided by Competency-Based Education, also draws on other curricula. Learners do not only memorise and repeat; they investigate, build, present, and explain their thinking so that what they learn stays with them and transfers to new situations.
Class sizes are adequate for a good learner-to-teacher ratio. Teachers track how each learner is progressing across every strand, and they adjust: accommodating learners who are ready to go further, and giving time and support to those who need another route to the same understanding.
The learning programme is broader, as it encompasses co-curricular activities such as music, tae-kwondo and sporting activities, helping to mould learners into confident, skillful future leaders.
