Primary School Teachers
Key Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Teachers Service Commission (TSC) Registration Number.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience teaching the Competency-Based Education (CBE) in a primary school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive, engaging learning environment.
- Proficiency in integrating technology into lessons is a significant advantage.
ECDE Teachers & Assistants
Key Qualifications:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Development Education (ECDE).
- Must be registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience teaching in a CBE-based kindergarten.
- Deep understanding of play-based learning and child development principles.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient, caring demeanor.
Computer Teachers
Key Qualifications:
- A Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, or a related field.
- A teaching certification is highly desirable.
- Proven experience teaching computer studies or robotics to primary-aged children.
- Proficiency in teaching digital literacy, online safety, basic coding concepts and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage a computer lab and foster a creative, hands-on learning atmosphere.
School Bus Drivers
Key Qualifications:
- A valid Kenyan Driving License with the appropriate class for driving a bus (e.g., Class A).
- Must hold a valid PSV (Public Service Vehicle) License.
- A recent Certificate of Good Conduct.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a bus or commercial vehicle driver, with a clean driving record.
- Experience driving for a school is a significant advantage.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and possess a patient and respectful attitude towards children.
